Elias Kousoulas, CEO
Elias founder and CEO of USPCNET started USPCNET in February of 2004. Prior to opening USPCNET he worked in an IT department on Wall Street and an e-commerce startup in Long Island City. Elias has performed many different duties at the startup and wore many different hats which also included wiring the TV over the midtown tunnel. Elias then took the plunge moved from NY in 2003 to prepare and start the Consulting business out of Phoenix.
Elias now enjoys running USPCNET in which he is surrounded by a great team. His role in the business encompasses all facets of USPCNET; including Account Manager, Sales, SR Engineer, research for clients and whatever else is needed to accommodate clients.
Ned Ramsay, Director of Operations
Ned Ramsay has been working in the IT field since 2005 after finishing his Law degree in England. He has worked in the tier 1 automotive sector with ISO9001/TS16949 certification, as well as driving software integration systems for the world renowned Oxford University. In 2012 he moved to the USA and developed IT systems for a thriving retail business based out of California before joining the USPCNET team in 2014. He now works on our technical system integrations and deployment projects to ensure smooth transitions for all of our clients.
Brandon Lee, Systems Engineer II
Brandon started his career in the IT field in 2007 at a mom-and-pop shop in Minnesota. After working in Minnesota for a few years, he moved to Arizona and got a job working for a private university as a Systems Administrator. At the university, he was able to get a lot of experience with enterprise level IT. Brandon has been with USPCNET since 2013 and loves every minute of it.
Brandon currently holds his CompTIA A+ certification and his VMWare VCA:DCV certification. He is studying to receive his Cisco CCNA certification.
Tyler has been working with computers since a young age, when his dad brought home an Apple IIe from work to play with. He was A+ certified, and a Microsoft Professional, before graduating high school. Tyler went on to become a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer before heading off to DeVry University to complete his Bachelors of Science in Network Communications Management. He has worked with many companies doing upgrades, new installations, and designing networks to the standard that the client sets forth. Tyler is well versed in many different technologies because no two clients are the same with their requirements for a project. He can adapt and overcome any obstacle that stands in his way of getting the job done.
Tyler is the guy that you want walking through the door when there is a big problem. Along with his training and education, he has an 8 handicap at the local golf course. Once he quickly fixes the issue, you can work on your short game with his excellent putting skills.
Logan Davis, Systems Engineer I
Born in Phoenix, grew up in Missouri, just recently moved back to the valley. Spent four years in the Army as IT Support, two of them in Afghanistan. After the military I worked with two way radio communications equipment and also electronics in the oil field. I currently have CompTIA Net+ and Sec+ and plan on getting more IT certifications.
Katie Hersey, Office Manager
Katie Hersey is a native to Arizona, graduating from Corona del Sol High School in 2006. Katie has worked in several industries including Airlines, Veterinary medicine, and Marketing. With her desire to be helpful to others she has found her niche as an Office Manager, working to ensure a steady flow for the office and its employees.
